Gelatin & Cellulose Capsules
RoDis Nutriceuticals supply capsules on a smaller scale. Many distributors and manufacturers of capsules have a high MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) usually 70,000 minimum capsules per order. We eliminate this by offering our customers a minimum order quantity of 1,000 capsules.
RoDis Nutriceuticals range of capsules is available in a variety of sizes (00, 0, 1, 2 & 3) as well as in various colours (Clear/Clear, Chocolate Brown, Pearl Scarlet, White/White & Translucent Green).
Capsules are made in either Gelatin or Cellulose. Both options are Halal and Kosher friendly. The Cellulose Capsules are vegan friendly for our animal conscience customers.
Gelatin Capsules in various sizes ~ from 00 (largest) to size 3 (smallest). All capsules are clear and transparent.
Cellulose Capsules in sizes 0 and 00 (gelatin-free). All capsules are clear and transparent.
Size 00 holds about 735 mg – Size 0 holds about 500 mg – and Size 1 about 375 mg.

Bottles
We also offer clients glass amber bottles and are happy to source any bottles customers require.
White plastic bottles with screw-on caps, ranging from 90 ml, 150 ml, 175 ml, 225 ml to 250 ml.
Capsule-Filling Machines
RoDis Nutriceuticals also supplies Capsule Filling Machines / Equipment, offering our clients ProFiller machines imported from America guaranteeing high quality machines.
We are aware that industrial sized machines are costly and that’s why we offer smaller options, completing 24 or 50 capsules at a time to save our clients time and money.
As the sole agent for ProFill machines in Southern Africa, all orders will be handled by RoDis Nutriceuticals.
Lead time for ProFill machines is 5-6 weeks. Please allow 15-18 days lead time.

Apart from empty capsules & bottles, we also supply a range of ProFill capsule filling machines, either handheld or countertop.1
RoDis is also the sole distributor in South Africa of imported, handheld, or table-top capsule filling machines supplying you with the basic equipment to fill and package your own capsules.
To complement our empty cellulose and gelatin capsules, we also supply empty, round label-less white plastic bottles that can be used for capsules or tablets. The screw-on caps are available in the following colours: white, red, green, blue, yellow and orange.
